Insected #2

As described in "Insected #1" I started a personal project called "Insected". My goal is to explore the shapes, forms, materials, surfaces, structures, colors, etc. of these fascinating insects and their earlier stages of development such as eggs and larvae. This project is not meant to be a precise representation of nature ... I´m drawn to abstractions. The logo consists of some things every insect has in common ... a three-part body (head, thorax and abdomen), one pair of antennae and three pairs of jointed legs. The icon is used in every picture in various colors while the text is used as the related title. Tools: Cinema 4D, X-Particles, Redshift, After Effects
